The renewal conversation this evidence supports: consolidating floor 12's northeast benching into the southwest zone frees roughly 9,600 sq ft with no measured loss of capacity, worth about $398,000 a year at the assumed $41.50 rate. Counts, flow, dwell, and occupancy only. No face recognition, no identity, no employee tracking. Ever.
No video stored
Frames are processed and discarded on hardware on the tenant's premises. What leaves the building is numbers.
No private offices
Zones are measured only where the tenant enables them. Private offices are excluded by default.
